![]() But all the Halloween makeup is coming out soon! It’s a problem. Maybe it takes longer than 5 minutes but that seems unlikely.ĭo you get suckered into limited edition products? I’m the most susceptible to the fall collections and I think I’ll just steer clear of the drugstores for the next month or so. ![]() These are all in the matte packaging so presumably they are matte shades but none of them really dried down to a matte finish on me. What I can say is that they apply beautifully. I have not worn any of these for more than a few minutes (just to take these photos in fact) so I can’t speak to the wear time or overall comfort of the products. It seems similar to my discontinued YSL Rouge Volupte 18 so that makes me happy! Obviously the formula is quite different, but the shade is in the same family. Vintage Vibe is my favorite out of the bunch. Photobomb is a perfect burgundy/oxblood shade. It was a slightly less creamy formula (although it’s still pretty nice) and the color is a little weird for my skin tone. The really delightful thing is that it is insanely creamy and smooth and isn’t even a little patchy (my lips are dry so any patchiness in the photo is no fault of the product). It’s basically a purple so dark that it translates as black. Holy dark lipstick Batman! Coffee Buzz is a cool color. Spoiler: They’re all different and you may need all four. GIVE ME ALL THE DARK LIPSTICK! I was also intrigued because in the packaging, they all look incredibly similar to one another. There were two more shades that I resisted (I think there was a bright pink and a red?) but I really only wanted the dark shades. I also snagged a back up of Jordana’s Best Lash Extreme because a friend informed me that they’re changing the formula and panic ensued. I’ve been on a low buy for the last two months and had no planned drugstore purchases for quite some time but then WHABAM! Lipstick! So naturally I took pictures. If you already have some, which ones do you own and love? I would love to hear about it! Chances are, I will end up owning all of these eventually.I don’t know exactly what it is about the Wet n’ Wild Mega Last lipsticks but the limited edition releases get me every time. If you’re in the market for an awesome cruelty free drugstore lipstick, please look into these. I do wish Wet n Wild would make all the lipsticks matte black like their limited edition collection. I personally don’t buy these for the aesthetics, they are just incredible lipsticks. These are also $2 lipsticks, so what really matters is the product. It’s also pretty flimsy and can bust easily if not handled carefully. I always get product on the lid, no matter how careful I am not to. My only gripe with these are the packaging. I’ll link my post about them at the end, but they’re honestly the best ones they’ve come out with yet, in my opinion. However, I have an undying love for this latest set of Limited Edition shades. These are all very trendy shades for anyone too nervous to try vampy shades or on a budget. Out of all 17 I own, Mochalicious, Bare it all, Cinnamon Spice, and Spiked with Rum are the ones from the permanent collection that I highly recommend. Wrist down: Vamp it up, Coffee Buzz (LE), Vintage Vibe (LE), Photobomb (LE), Bitten Bourdeaux ![]() Wrist down: Cinnamon Spice, Nightcap (LE), Bare it All, Mocha-licious Wrist down: Spotlight Red, Celeb Sighting (LE), Red Velvet, Purty Persimmon Swatches from wrist down: Spiked with Rum, Mauve Outta Here, Cherry Pickin, Think Pink Well, it did for me.Īnyway, there’s not too much that I can say about these lipsticks that hasn’t been said a million times! They’re very pigmented, semi matte yet still hydrating, and they last a long time on the lips! I will always love these…and I have 17 of them. ![]() A reminder that even when you’re low, a little bit of pretty lipstick can brighten your day. So, this particular line of lipsticks has a bit of nostalgic value to me as well. I would wait for a coupon and stack it with a sale and get these for free or close to free. These lipsticks became a bit of a treat for me. I find these BOGO 50% off very often! A few years ago, I was laid off from my job and I was not in the best financial situation. These are $1.99 at most drugstores, and they go on sale often at places like CVS and Walgreens. It’s the one that I suggest to everyone that’s wanting to explore lipstick for the first time or wants to try vampy shades or reds. Honestly, if you follow me anywhere it’s no secret that I love this lipstick formula. I haven’t done a shop my stash piece in a while, and someone on my instagram suggested that I post swatches of all my Megalast Lipstick collection! I loved the idea, so here I am today. ![]()
